As our Marketing Manager, you’ll partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to shape national campaigns, elevate our brand presence, and drive guest engagement across all channels. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of the national marketing calendar, including menus, point-of-purchase materials, digital assets, media, and PR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement calendar initiatives and test programs
- Create compelling creative briefs and timelines to bring marketing strategies to life across all channels
Vendor & Asset Management
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely, on-budget project completion
- Oversee the marketing fulfillment site and manage inventory levels of branded materials
Public Relations & Guest Engagement
- Develop PR strategies, write press releases, and manage media responses
- Support grand openings with event planning, PR outreach, and basic setup coordination
- Manage guest satisfaction programs, including survey design, reporting, and hierarchy structures
Budget & Process Discipline
- Track and process invoices with precision
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure financial accountability
What You Bring to the Team
- 5+ years of experience in marketing; restaurant or food service industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize effectively
- Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and collaborative
- A creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling

Our History
1976
Louis le Duff opens Brioche Dorée his first bakery concept in Brest, a city in Brittany in northwestern France.
1983
The first la Madeleine location opens in the heart of Dallas, TX on Mockingbird lane across from Southern Methodist University.
Today
There are now over 80 la Madeleine locations, each with their own individual charm. With every generation, we pass on our tradition of recipes and the authentic French experience.
