La Madeleine operates nearly 90 corporate and franchise bakeries in 10 states, and is owned by Rennes, France-based Groupe Le Duff, which was founded by Louis Le Duff in 1976. Groupe le Duff is recognized as the second largest bakery-café company in the world.



With a focus on guest needs and insights to drive revenue and traffic growth, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for development and execution of the national marketing calendar, including print, digital, social, PR and local activation.



  • National marketing calendar management, development and execution, including menus, point of purchase materials, digital assets, media and PR
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement calendar and test initiatives
  • Develop creative briefs and timelines for teams to bring marketing strategies to life across all channels
  • Maintain positive and productive vendor relationships, ensuring projects are flawlessly completed on time and on budget
  • Marketing fulfillment site management, ensuring adequate inventory levels of brand materials
  • Grand opening marketing, including basic set-ups, PR outreach, event planning and support
  • Public relations responsibilities including strategy development, release writing and media response
  • Guest satisfaction program management, including hierarchy structures, survey scripts and reporting
  • Disciplined approach to invoice processing, tracking and budget management

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising or Communications



  • 3-5 years Marketing experience, restaurant or food service-related preferred
